For clinics & professional services

Be the practice that answers when someone asks who to see.

Someone choosing a dentist, a doctor, an accountant or a lawyer usually starts with a question — who's good near me, who takes my insurance, are they open on Saturday — and increasingly asks an AI assistant before they ask a friend. A page that states those answers plainly, with the practitioners' names and credentials, is what can be found and quoted correctly.

For a practice, accuracy matters more than reach. Everything on the site comes from facts you give us and approve, and anything you haven't published stays unpublished — the site and its Concierge say so, rather than guess.

What the site carries

  • Each service in plain language, and what a visit involves
  • Practitioner names, roles and the credentials you choose to publish
  • Hours, location, and how to reach you — including the right channel for urgent matters
  • Insurance and payment information, only as you state it
  • Answers to the questions people actually ask before they call
  • An appointment request form and WhatsApp: a request, not a booking

Behind the text sits structured data generated from the same facts as the page, so the two can't drift apart. The same skeleton works for lawyers and accountants: services, bios, FAQs and an enquiry form.

That helps machines read the page. It doesn't promise a ranking or an AI citation.

A Concierge with rules

The AI Concierge (included on Grow) answers only from the facts you've published, and it stops where a practice needs it to:

  • It says it's an AI assistant, never a member of your staff
  • It never gives clinical, legal or financial advice, or a diagnosis
  • It never invents a price, or says an insurer is accepted when you haven't said so
  • Urgent matters go to your phone or WhatsApp, not the web form
  • Anything it doesn't know goes to a person

These rules are tested before launch, including a patient asking what a treatment costs: it declines to name a number.

Something you can look at

Toothsmith Dental Studio is a fictional Ocho Rios practice we built to show this: hours, services, a practitioner, FAQs, an appointment request, and structured data using schema.org's Dentist type.

It's a demonstration, not a real practice, so it can't book you anything.

Patient and client data

An appointment request collects personal details, and sometimes details about health. The form asks for the minimum — a name, a way to reach you, and a line on what it's about — and never for clinical detail.

Jamaica's Data Protection Act has been fully enforceable since December 2023, so a practice that collects this information should have a clear privacy notice and know who processes it. Ours, with its sub-processors, is at /privacy.

This isn't legal advice. Check your professional body's rules on advertising and on handling patient or client information.

What this is — and what it isn't

A practice website. It is not a patient portal, a records system, a telehealth tool or a live calendar: appointment times are confirmed by your team, and the site never states availability.

If you want online booking against a real calendar, that's a custom project, scoped and quoted for you.
