When something breaks, people search on their phone. Be the number they can call.
Someone with a leaking pipe, a dead circuit or a car that won't start decides fast, usually on a phone and often on the first result that looks like a real business. They want to know three things: do you do this, do you cover my area, and how do I reach you now.
A trades site is built around those answers: services and areas as plain text, a call or WhatsApp button that's always in reach, and your past work and reviews shown as yours. It's a quick site, not a big one, and that's the point.
What the site carries
- Each service you offer, in plain words — and what you don't do
- The areas you cover, by name
- Call and WhatsApp buttons within reach on every page
- Hours, and emergency availability only if it's true
- Photos of your own finished work, with a line on each job
- Reviews you have permission to show
- Licence, registration and insurance details, where you hold them
Behind the text sits structured data for your business, generated from the same facts as the page, so the two can't drift apart.
How a customer reaches you
By call, by WhatsApp, or by a short quote request that comes straight to you. Grow adds booking and lead-capture forms and the AI Concierge, which answers the repeat questions — services, areas, hours — and passes the rest to you. It won't quote a price or promise an arrival time it can't know.
Starts small, grows with you
The Launch tier covers the website itself, live in about five business days after sign-off. You can add the Concierge to it, or move up to Grow, whenever it earns its place. Published prices are in the pricing section.
Local search, honestly
For local results, consistency counts: your name, address, phone number and hours should match everywhere they appear — your site, your Google Business Profile, directories and social pages. We make the site agree with them.
We can't promise a position in “near me” results, and no one can. What we can do is make you easy to find, read and call.
What this is — and what it isn't
A fast, clear website. It is not a dispatch, job-scheduling, invoicing or payments system, and it never states availability. Quotes, call-out times and emergency promises stay yours to give.
If you want online job booking or deposits, that's a custom project, scoped and quoted for you.
