Every property deserves a page a buyer can read — and a way to ask about it.
Someone looking for a property starts with the facts: where it is, what it costs, how big it is and whether it's still available. Increasingly they ask an AI assistant before they call anyone. If those facts live only in a social post, a flyer or a portal listing you don't control, there is nothing of your own to find or quote.
A real estate site puts each property on a page of its own, in plain text and kept honest: the price you're asking, the size, the location, the status, and a direct line to you. It doesn't replace the portals. It gives the buyer who already knows your name somewhere to land.
What each property page carries
- The address or area, and a map link
- The asking price, and the currency it's quoted in
- Size: bedrooms, bathrooms, floor area and land area
- Type and status: for sale, for rent, under offer or sold, kept current by you
- What's included in the sale, and what isn't
- Your own photographs, with proper descriptions for people who can't see them
- Title or tax details, only where you choose to publish them
- Your name, your licence or registration number where you hold one, and how to reach you
Behind the text sits structured data generated from the same facts as the page, so the two can't drift apart.
That helps machines read the page. It doesn't promise a ranking, a lead or an AI citation.
How a buyer reaches you
By call, WhatsApp, or a short enquiry form that comes straight to you. Viewings work as requests: a buyer asks, and you confirm.
The AI Concierge (included on Grow) answers the repeat questions — area, size, how to arrange a viewing — from the facts on your pages, and passes the rest to you. It won't quote a price you haven't published, say whether a property is still available, or negotiate for you.
Keeping listings true
Property changes fast: a sale falls through, an offer is accepted, a price drops. A page that says “available” for something that has sold costs you the trust the page was built to earn. Status is yours to set, and the site never claims more than you have told it.
A handful of changes a month fits the minor content edits included in the Care Plan. A larger or faster-moving portfolio is what the Operate tier is for, below.
What this is — and what it isn't
The standard build is a website with a page for each property you feature. It is not a listings portal, a CRM or a feed from your own system, and it doesn't state availability itself.
Listings that change often are what the Operate tier is for, below.
When your listings change often: Operate
Operate adds what a larger, faster-moving portfolio needs. From US$6,000, built to your scope after we have talked it through.
- A listings manager you use yourself: add and edit properties, and mark each one for sale, for rent, under offer or sold
- A page for every property, with search and filters
- Every enquiry tracked from first message to sale, with room to log calls and WhatsApp chats
- Logins for you and your team
Status is still yours to set: the site shows what you've set, and neither it nor the AI Concierge ever states availability on its own.
It tracks your enquiries; it isn't a full CRM. A feed from the system you already use, or listing on other portals, is a separate custom project. See Operate in the pricing section →
